Platform
Leadership begins with listening.
I am committed to hearing directly from the people of District 1 before developing my campaign platform. I understand that a strong, effective platform is built by engaging voters in meaningful conversations about their priorities, concerns, and hopes for the future. By prioritizing this open dialogue, We will ensure that our campaign reflects the true needs of the community. Whether through one-on-one conversations, community meetings, or the “Call Que” initiative, my goal is to listen first, act second, and always keep the voices of District 1 at the heart of my decisions.
Below is my 3 part plan for the next few months:
Que Listens
I want to hear directly from you—your concerns, your ideas, your hopes for the future of District 1. Here's how you can get involved:
-
Community Conversations: I'll be hosting small group discussions throughout our community, where we can sit down together and talk about the issues that matter most to you.
-
Surveys: We'll be distributing surveys, both online and in person, to gather your input on key issues affecting our district.
-
Ongoing Engagement - "Call Que": I've launched a dedicated phone line where you can reach me directly with your questions, concerns, or ideas. I'm here to listen, and I want to make sure every voice is heard.
Que Cares
After listening, it's time to act. I'm dedicated to serving our community through various initiatives that support health, education, and overall well-being. Here's what we have planned:
-
Community Service Event: Join us as we work together to improve our neighborhoods.
-
Free Exercise Class for Seniors: Promoting health and wellness for our senior citizens.
-
Community Garden Event: Let's grow together by cultivating gardens that provide fresh, healthy produce.
-
Girl Power Book Club (The House): Empowering young girls through reading and discussion.
-
Back to School and Holiday Giveaways: Ensuring our children have what they need to succeed in school and enjoy the holidays.
